Deine Aufgaben
Als Business Analyst bist Du Mitglied eines Produktteams bestehend aus Product Ownern, Business Analysten und Softwareentwicklern. Du spielst damit eine Schlüsselrolle bei der kundenzentrierten Konzeption, Umsetzung und permanenten Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattform- und Software-as-a-Service Produkten. Dabei arbeiten wir meistens remote mit regelmäßiger Präsenz vor Ort in Frankfurt. 

  • Analyse, Konzeption und Detailspezifikation von Geschäftslogik, Geschäftsprozessen und IT-Anforderungen für unsere Plattform und Software-as-a-Service Produkte 
  • Ableitung von User Stories aus Prozessen und Features 
  • Mitwirkung bei Integration und Implementierung von Geschäftsprozessen und IT-Anforderungen in Kundenprojekten 
  • Erstellen von Testkonzepten und Unterstützung bei der Qualitätssicherung 
  • Mitwirkung im 2nd Level Support  
  • Mitarbeit in, nach agilen und klassischen Methoden, organisierten Projekten 
Dein Profil
  • Begeisterungsfähigkeit für den Schienengüterverkehr / Logistik und für Digitalisierung  
  • Hochschulstudium im Bereich MINT, der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung 
  • Erste Erfahrungen als Business Analyst oder IT-Projekt Manager durch Praktika, Werkstudenten- oder reguläre Tätigkeit 
  • Kenntnisse im IT Requirements Engineering und Software-Engineering 
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Prozessanalyse und -modellierung unter Anwendung branchenüblicher Modellierungsmethoden (z.B. BPMN) 
  • Erfahrungen mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden und -abläufen in IT-Projekten von Vorteil 
  • Analytische, strukturierte und konzeptionsstarke Arbeitsweise 
  • Ausgeprägtes, wirtschaftliches und prozessorientiertes Denken und Handeln 
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift 
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen

Your mission
As a (Junior) business analyst, you are a member of a product team consisting of product ow
ners, business analysts and software developers. You play a key role in the customer-centric Design, implementation and ongoing development of our platform and software-as-a-service products. We mostly work remotely with a regular on-site presence in Frankfurt. 

  • Analysis, conception and detailed specification of business logic, business processes and IT requirements for our platform and software-as-a-service products 
  • Derivation of user stories from processes and features 
  • Participation in the integration and implementation of business processes and IT requirements in customer projects 
  • Creation of test concepts and support for quality assurance 
  • Participation in 2nd level support 
  • Participation in projects organized according to agile and classic methods 
Your profile
  • Enthusiasm for rail freight transport / logistics and for digitization 
  • University degree in MINT, business informatics or comparable training 
  • First experience as a business analyst or IT project manager through internships, working student or regular work 
  • Knowledge of IT requirements engineering and software engineering 
  • Initial experience in process analysis and modeling using standard industry modeling methods (e.g. BPMN) 
  • Experience with agile working methods and processes in IT projects is an advantage 
  • Analytical, structured and conceptually strong way of working 
  • Distinctive, economical and process-oriented thinking and acting 
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English 
  • Willingness to make occasional business trips
