Your mission

As a (Senior) Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will be primarily responsible for acquiring new customers for our Rail-Flow products. You act as a persuasive salesperson, presenting our products to potential customers and convincing them that Rail-Flow solutions take rail freight and intermodal transport to a new level. You will organize your sales pipeline and take full responsibility for your customers from initial acquisition to closing the sale.


Sales of Rail-Flow platform solutions in Europe:

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold and warm acquisition, which we obtain from marketing campaigns, trade show visits, and similar activities especially in Poland.
  • Prepare, conduct, and follow up on customer meetings remotely and on-site, with and without product demonstrations for all management levels of our potential customers.
  • Create proposals, negotiate, and finalize customer contracts.
  • Identify and close cross-selling opportunities between the solutions of our platform for the same customer.
  • Account management of your own customers after the implementation phase.

Sales management, product, and partner development:

  • Target new customers and generate a sales pipeline.
  • Identify opportunities for further development of existing products to increase product benefits and revenue, and develop corresponding concepts together with internal contacts (Product Owners).
  • Create partnerships with suitable partners to expand the marketing or use of Rail-Flow solutions.

Your profile

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in selling B2B software (e.g., transport management solutions).
  • Strong team skills, negotiation skills, and persistence are crucial for the success of this position.
  • You are highly motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent listening, presentation, and communication skills at all business levels, as well as good interpersonal sensitivity.
  • Knowledge in intermodal logistics is a plus.
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills (English and Polish).
