You review incoming and outgoing invoices for completeness and accuracy and ensure proper accounting. - Travel Expenses & Reimbursements:
You handle travel expense management, check receipts for compliance with guidelines, and ensure timely, error-free processing. - Financial Closing:
You support closing activities, including the preparation of evaluations and analyses. - Documentation & Knowledge Management:

Your mission
As a Working Student in Finance, you are part of the Finance team and support operational finance processes as well as the continuous improvement of our internal workflows.
Your profile
- Studies: Advanced studies in economics, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Initial experience through internships or working student activities in the financial sector is an advantage.
- Interests: Enthusiasm for finance, with a desire to develop your skills in a start-up environment.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills in German and English.
- IT Skills: Strong skills in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as a general affinity for IT tools and openness to AI.
