Your mission
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand’s success by strategically planning and creating impactful content, customizing campaigns for target audiences, enhancing marketing strategies, managing email and event initiatives, collaborating across departments, producing high-quality marketing materials, and coordinating with external partners.
- Strategic planning and content creation: You will develop and create key (digital) content assets to effectively generate engagement, demand and leads, including thought leadership pieces, case studies, industry insights, but also flyers, images and video materials.
- Channel management and content customization: You adapt content specifically for target audiences and ensure its distribution via optimal channels, including social media, SEA and other (paid) channels.
- Further development of marketing strategies: You are actively involved in the further development of our marketing strategies and the positioning of our brand.
- Email marketing: You plan and realise high-performance email campaigns to activate and reactivate our target groups.
- Event management: You will conceptualise and coordinate trade fair appearances and participation in events and congresses.
- Collaboration with specialist departments: You work closely with various specialist departments to precisely address target groups and implement sales-promoting marketing campaigns.
- Analytics and measurements: You take a data-driven approach to marketing, tracking KPIs and ROI for all campaigns, and use insights from data to continuously optimize performance and take strategic decisions.
- Management of external partners: You will be responsible for managing our external agencies and service providers.
