Your mission

As a (Junior) IT Business Analyst / Implementation Consultant, you become part of a product team of product owners, business analysts, and software developers. You play a key role in the customer-centric design, implementation, and ongoing development of our platform and software-as-a-service products.

Analysis & specification – You analyze business logic, processes, and IT requirements and turn them into clear, detailed specifications for our platform and SaaS products.
User stories – You translate processes and features into well-defined user stories.
Integration & implementation – You help integrate and implement business processes and IT requirements in customer projects.
Quality assurance – You create test concepts and support quality assurance.
2nd level support – You contribute your expertise to 2nd level support.
Agile & classic delivery – You work in projects organized along both agile and classic methods.

Your profile

Passion – You're excited about rail freight, logistics, and driving digitization forward.
Education – A university degree in a STEM field, business informatics, or comparable training.
Experience – First hands-on experience as a business analyst or IT project manager – through internships, a working-student role, or regular work.
Technical knowledge – You know your way around IT requirements engineering and software engineering.
Process modeling – First experience in process analysis and modeling with standard industry methods like BPMN.
Agile methods – Experience with agile ways of working in IT projects is a plus.
Way of working – You think analytically, work in a structured way, and approach problems with a clear, process-oriented mind.
AI Mindset – A hands-on approach to AI productivity tools as a natural part of your daily work.
Languages – Very good spoken and written Dutch and English.
Flexibility – Open to the occasional business trip.
