Deine Aufgaben

Als Projektmanager:in bist du verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Koordination und Umsetzung kundenspezifischer Projekte innerhalb der Rail-Flow Transport Management Plattform – von der Planung über die Implementierung bis hin zum Rollout und Support. Dabei nutzt du aktiv moderne KI-gestützte Tools für Dokumentation, Aufgabenplanung, Statusberichte und Nutzerkommunikation.

Management von Implementierungsprojekten:
Du überwachst, koordinierst und betreust mehrere kundenspezifische Projekte innerhalb der Rail-Flow Transport Management Plattform.
Planung und Rollout-Management:
Du erstellst und pflegst Projekt- und Rollout-Pläne und stimmst Rollenverteilungen mit dem Management ab.
Projektmanagement-Standards:
Du stellst die Projektdurchführung gemäß Rail-Flow-Standards sicher, einschließlich Einrichtung und Pflege in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint und Atlas – unter Anwendung KI-gestützter Funktionen (z. B. automatisch generierte Berichte, intelligente Verlinkung von Confluence-Inhalten).
Anforderungs- und Änderungsmanagement:
Du verwaltest Anforderungen, Bugs und Änderungswünsche in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Implementation Manager unter Berücksichtigung vertraglicher Vereinbarungen.
Kunden- und Projektkommunikation:
Du organisierst und moderierst Statusmeetings mit Kunden, Lenkungsausschüssen und Release-Meetings.
Risikomanagement:
Du identifizierst Projektrisiken, leitest Gegenmaßnahmen ein und eskalierst kritische Themen bei Bedarf.
Rechnungsmanagement:
Du stellst eine korrekte und fristgerechte Rechnungsstellung für Projektleistungen über unser Finance-Team sicher.

Dein Profil

Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Supply Chain Management, Logistik, Projektmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft, IT oder einem vergleichbaren Fach.
Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Multi-Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Logistikumfeld.
Projektmanagement-Tools: Fundierte Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Tools (z. B. Jira, Confluence, Atlas).
KI-Erfahrung: Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit KI-Produktivitätstools (z. B. ChatGPT, KI-Assistenten in Jira/Confluence, automatisierte Berichterstattung) als integraler Bestandteil deiner täglichen Arbeit.
KI-Interesse: Interesse daran, KI-gestützte Best Practices in Projekt-Rollouts, Kommunikation und Dokumentation kennenzulernen und anzuwenden.
Multitasking: Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig im Blick zu behalten.
Persönlichkeit: Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten, hohe Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit, Reisebereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit.
Sprachen: Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.

Your mission

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the successful coordination and execution of customer-specific projects within the Rail-Flow Transport Management Platform – from planning and implementation to rollout and support. Thereby you actively make use of modern AI-powered tools for documentation, task planning, status reporting, and user communication.

Management of implementation projects
You oversee, coordinate, and supervise multiple customer-specific projects within the Rail-Flow Transport Management Platform.
Planning and rollout management
You create and maintain project and rollout plans and coordinate role assignments with management.
Project management standards
You ensure project execution in line with Rail-Flow standards, including setup and maintenance in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Atlas – while also applying AI-enhanced functions (e.g., auto-generated reports, smart linking of Confluence content).
Requirements and change management
You manage requirements, bugs, and change requests in collaboration with the Implementation Manager, while considering contractual agreements.
Client and project communication
You organize and moderate client status meetings, steering committees, and release meetings.
Risk management
You identify project risks, implement mitigation measures, and bring critical issues to the attention of the relevant stakeholders when necessary.
Invoice management
You ensure correct and timely invoices for project services via our finance team.

Your profile

Education: Degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, logistics, project management, business administration, IT or similar.
Experience: Several years of experience in multi-project management, ideally in a logistics environment.
Project management tools: Sound knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Atlas).
AI Skills: Hands-on mindset when working with AI productivity tools (e.g. ChatGPT, AI assistants in Jira/Confluence, automated reporting) as an integral part of your daily work.
AI Interest: Interest in learning about and applying AI-supported best practices in project rollout, communication, and documentation.
Multi-Project Management: The ability to keep track of several projects at the same time.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, high level of initiative, ability to work under pressure, willingness to travel and ability to work in a team.
Languages: Very good communication skills in German and English.
