- Employee Support & Employee Lifecycle: You’ll support the entire employee lifecycle – from recruiting and onboarding to employee support and offboarding.
- Applicant Management: You’ll screen applications, coordinate interviews, and be part of our international talent scouting activities.
- Event & Project Organization: You’ll organize team events, support HR projects, and bring fresh ideas to our processes.
- HR Organization & Digitalization: You’ll help ensure smooth HR operations – from maintaining HR data and documents to supporting the digitalization of our processes with modern tools such as Personio and AI.
- Trend Scout: You’ll research HR trends and bring new ideas into the team.
